Volunteers and participants in PhotoMarathon
Photo Marathon becomes the help of many volunteers, providing an invaluable piece of work. Uden dem vil FotoMarathon ikke være til. En del af de frivillige er samtidig deltagere i FotoMarathon som tilbyder deres hjælp på et specifikt område. They are all included in one or more of FotoMarathons working, For example,. software development, Graphic, exhibition and bygrupperne.
As it might seem strange, that we can help arrange PhotoMarathon while participating in PhotoMarathon, we have adopted a set of internal rules for which of FotoMarathons volunteers must attend FotoMarathons contests and what not to be, and rules for how we internally handle the issues.
All who work with the Photo Marathon is voluntary / active in PhotoMarathon.
Which volunteers must attend PhotoMarathon?
None from FotoMarathons Board (also called the Main Group) must participate in competitions FotoMarathons.
None local organizer who receive envelopes with the themes and all are intended to open the envelopes in every local town, DO NOT participate in the Photo Marathon competition.
Conversely, all volunteers PhotoMarathon outside board well participate in the Photo Marathon competition. It may be our software developer, a graphics, it organizes exhibitions…
Guidelines for handling issues
It's only association FotoMarathons Board must choose items and handle issues.
Each year selected 2 people from FotoMarathons Board to perform this year's topics. it is only these 2 people can see, handles and know which items are for the year. It is also those who make topic maps finished, sends them to the printing, receives them from the pressure and pack them in sealed envelopes and store them until competition.
To further ensure the process, the 2 selected board members ensure that the topic maps in all towns supplied in sealed envelopes which shall only be opened in front of the participants.
Those who receive envelopes and all of which will open the envelopes in locally every city should NOT participate in the Photo Marathon competition.
